1. Česká Investiční CZ a.s. is modern and dynamic expanding company. It was founded in March 1999 and it specializes in reconstruction of apartment buildings. We already realized over 40 own projects and now participate in sales and reconstruction of projects owned by other investors.Our services to apartment buildings owners and investors have many advantages such as, joint cooperation in realization of project, legal separation of apartment building into privately owned apartments (Condo Conversion), common areas refurbishment, participation in allocating new apartments or compensation to regulated tenants, remodeling and sales of vacated apartments.Our long term professional experience results in the fact that each project is profitable.

Due to fast expansion the 1. Česká Realitní a Investiční, s.r.o. (LTD) was transferred into corporation in September 2004 and the name has changed to 1. Česká Realitní a Investiční, a.s. (Corp.)
